Can this Dancing With The Stars Season 17 be the best season premiere for the entire run of the hit reality show?

The ABC hit show returned for season 17 on Monday. In case you missed it, here are the best moments and the recap of scores for each dancing pair:

Amber Riley and Derek Hough scored 27/30

The 'Glee' star got three 9s from the judges and got all the support she can from her friends at 'Glee' like Chris Colfer. She even had a huge standing ovation from everybody in the audience.

Elizabeth Berkley and Val Chmerkovskiy scored 24/30

The 'Saved By The Bell' actress showed a lot of seriousness with her performance to have gotten a high score for the show's premiere. Their contemporary dance piece did not appear too ballroom-y though according to Annie Barrett of EW's TV Recaps section.

Corbin Bleu and Karina Smirnoff scored 24/30

The pair danced a contemporary making it Karina's first on the show to groove to such a piece. And 'High School Musical' star Corbin Bleu showed an impressive performance proving everyone he has definitely gone beyond his teeny years.

Snooki Polizzi and Sasha Farber scored 23/30

Snooki has proven she is not always just a mess and that she has the talent to dance!

Jack Osbourne and Cheryl Burke scored 23/30

Both impressed all the judges that even Jack's own mom, Sharon Osbourne was seen crying tears of joy in the audience. The Osbourne son said that he is doing the reality show for spreading awareness on Multiple Sclerosis.  

Brant Daugherty and Peta Murgatroyd scored 22/30

With their chemistry noticed by the judges interesting, there might be a possible romance to blossom with the dancing pair, MLive reports.

Christina Milian and Mark Ballas scored 22/30

Milian did not hesitate to dance well knowing that Jennifer Lopez was watching among the audience but the judges wanted her to give more emphasis on her confidence building.

Leah Remini and Tony Dovolani scored 21/30

Remini's performance was described by the judges as "sass and class" and both projected a fun aura.

Valerie Harper and Tristan McManus 21/30

The judges gave tips on Harper's posture but the 73-year-old remained much talked about for this DWTS season due to her controversial diagnosis of terminal cancer.

Bill Engvall and Emma Slater scored 18/30

The two danced the Foxtrot and the two was able to hold their nerves and remember the routine they have practiced.

Keyshawn Johnson and Sharna Burgess scored 17/30

Their dance was described by the judges as a bit stiff on the beginning and eventually loosened up.

Bill Nye and Tyne Stecklein scored 14/30

Both scored low with bringing in rough technicalities but both served as perfect examples of Beauty and the Geek.
