Hockey is a hard sport, but it is even harder when you have to skate around three players, control a puck and then somehow put the puck in the net against one of the best goaltenders in the game.

That's exactly what Blues Vladimir Tarasenko did last night:

In "NHL 15," Tarasenko isn't even rated in the top 50 ranked players. This could change if EA Sports decides to update their ratings like they do in "Madden NFL 15."

Hopefully, the player ratings gurus will change their minds and put Tarasenko in the top 50, because that goal was amazing.

"NHL 15" didn't get the best reviews but EA Sports seems to be working on fixing the game. They must be getting some pretty negative tweets from classic fans. Remember, currently in the game there are all sorts of modes missing.

You can't play Season Mode. You can't even practice your skills. Hopefully EA Sports fixes this.

The beauty of the Internet and the powerful consoles allow almost weekly updates so the fact that "NHL 15" can't be fixed seems perplexing. All EA Sports has to do is add Season and Practice Modes and it would be a heck of a lot more profitable and successful for them. Stay tuned.

NHL News:

The NHL definitely is in full swing. The Rangers and goalie Henrik Lundqvist are finding success. However, Lundqvist needs some rest and second stringer Cam Talbot will get a few starts. Surely, Lundqvist will insist on getting back in as soon the team will let him.

Obviously, after getting decked out of his jock by Tarasenko last night gave him a little pain (both emotional and physical). It will be nice to get a fresh set of pads in front of the Rangers' net.
