Sunday, Nov. 16 marked Solange Knowles' wedding day with her longtime beau, Alan Ferguson.

Although the blushing bride appeared regal and elegant in the wedding photos initially posted on sister Beyonce's Instagram, TMZ reports that Solange broke out in hives following her wedding reception. It is unclear what specifically caused Solange's allergic reaction, however TMZ sources attributed the facial breakout to an unknown food allergy.

In addition, The Daily Mail reports that Solange suffered from a nip-slip wardrobe malfunction during her wedding festivities but immediately covered herself up once she noticed that she was baring too much.

Despite the minor setback on her special day, Solange's breakout quickly disappeared "in a matter of minutes" TMZ claims.

Solange later took to Instagram to display her gratitude to her family, friends, and Benadryl, which she jokingly claimed helped clear her breakout. Once her breakout was cleared, Solange enjoyed a celebratory dance with her son and posted the dance routine on Instagram.

In addition to posting a video of Juelz, Solange also shared two photos on Instagram from her wedding day, which she describes as the "best day of my life."

Beyonce also took to Instagram to share photos from the wedding day. Check out some of the photos below.

Prior to getting married to Ferguson, Solange remained very coy about her love life. However, she did reveal in a past interview with Necole Bitchie that she was the one who made the first move on Ferguson, which eventually led to their dating.

"Certainly, in the beginning I was the one who approached him so I have always sort of historically been one of those girls that goes after something that I'm into," she said. "I'm not very old school and like, 'I'm gonna wait on you, wait for you to approach me type of situation.' I have a lot of guy-like quintessential relationship qualities that I have had to work on."
