There have been rumors of Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom splitting up for the last month, but now it is officially confirmed that former Victoria's Secret supermodel and the actor have ended their relationship after six years of being together.

The beautiful couple started dating back in 2007 and three years later, the Australian model and British actor got married in 2010. Kerr gave birth to their son in January 2011. The couple now has a 2-year-old son, Flynn, together.

The rumors began surfacing in late 2012, when Kerr was spotted not wearing her wedding ring and the pair had not been photographed in public together for months.

The pair's spokesperson finally has confirmed that Kerr and Bloom are indeed parting their ways, however they are in good terms.

"In a joint statement, Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr have announced that they have been amicably separated for the past few months," says the spokesperson in a statement. "After six years together, they have recently decided to formalize their separation. Despite this being the end of their marriage, they love, support and respect each other as both parents of their son and as family."

The couple's last public appearance together was on September 19, at the after party for the Broadway opening night of "Romeo and Juliet" at the Edison Ballroom. Miranda Kerr mentioned in an interview that she has so much respect for Bloom, who is currently starring as Romeo.

"When I saw Orlando on Broadway in 'Romeo and Juliet,' I was blown away," said Kerr. "For someone to be able to learn all that and hold the energy to do it every day, six days a week - I have so much respect for him. We don't run lines though. We keep that very separate. That would be like me asking him to teach me how to catwalk."
