American Music Awards 2013 Winners & Results [Complete List]: Taylor Swift Wins Big at AMAs

The 2013 American Music Awards has just concluded, but the winners and performances will surely be talked about in the days, weeks or even months to come. We've got the lowdown of what happened during one of music's biggest nights.

The AMA's were all about glitz and glamour tonight, especially during the red carpet, as some of the artists who usually go outré chose to be a little more on the soft side tonight. Arriving at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, controversial Miley Cyrus kept it on the D.L. with a white Versus Versace pantsuit. But of course, adding a little touch of sexiness, she opted to wear nothing underneath the coat.

Lady Gaga also chose to go a little more timid with her barely there makeup that accentuated her fine features. But of course, a queen can't be without a grand entrance, as Gaga strolled the carpet atop a human horse. Uh uh! Check the image here.

The night was also filled with great performances, including Katy Perry's Japanese-inspired opening performance and One Direction's live rendition of "Story of My Life." Rihanna, Gaga and Christina Aguilera also graced the AMA stage, while TLC had a special performance of "Waterfalls" that had Lil Mama taking over Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes' parts.

Aside from the performances, there were also big winners last night: Taylor Swift, who won Artist of the Year, Favorite Country Album, Favorite Female Artist Country and Favorite Female Artist Pop/Rock; and One Direction, grabbing the Favorite Band Pop/Rock and Favorite Album Pop/Rock nods.
