Puerto Rican pop diva Jennifer Lopez is being sued by a man who claims that she tricked him into sending her nude photos of himself. Los Angeles man Rodrigo Ruiz filed the lawsuit and seeks $10,000 in damages, alleging that he's suffered from depression after receiving a series of letters and being misled by the Bronx-born beauty.

Ruiz insisted that he first began receiving letters from Lopez in 2008, stating that she was "interested" in him and would help to further his career in the music business. He was apparently required to send Lopez naked photographs of himself if he wanted to have a romance with the buxom Boricua. Lopez's failure to reciprocate resulted in the man's depression, and it forced him to seek professional help. So upset, he also filed a police report against the star claiming sexual harassment.

Three of the 3-line letters found their way into TMZ's possession, each making demands and promises:

The first reads, "I just wanted to let you know that I do remember you and that I am interested in you. I have plans on leaving my husband. But I can't say much right now so that's it for now. Send me pictures of you both with clothes and without clothes."

The second letter states, "This is Jennifer Lopez writing to you again and just to let you know that I got your packages, music, and demos. And just to let you know you need to send me pictures of you with and without clothes."

Finally, the third letter reads, "This is Jennifer Lopez and as you can tell its been a while since I last wrote and as you can see I have a new boyfriend which means your in for the long haul and you have to put up with the fact that I am f**king him and sucking his d**k."

The post-office box that Ruiz sent his responses to was found to belong to a 53-year-old woman in Los Angeles. TMZ contacted the woman about the lawsuit, and she claimed that she operated a Jennifer Lopez fan mail exchange before she hung up her phone.

J.Lo's rep commented on the situation, stating, "this is a small claims matter that appears to be a desperate attempt for notoriety. Ms Lopez has never seen or met the plaintiff, nor has she ever communicated with him. We believe this matter should be summarily dismissed."
