A smiling Justin Bieber spent several hours in a Miami precinct yesterday, Jan. 23. The 19-year-old singer has gotten into a string of problems since the New Year began. So what does this tell us about Justin Bieber's future? His own team agrees that he needs psychotherapy.

At this point even people close to Justin Bieber seem to be in panic mode over his behavior. JB's "people" are asking him to come home to L.A. so they can convince him to go into therapy immediately. Sources close to the "Boyfriend" singer tell TMZ that they have been trying to get him into rehab for months, but Bieber insists that he doesn't need it. His team admits that Justin has a drug problem and that he needs help to stop it and work on the problems that got him there.

His team is revealing that they themselves have sat with Justin just to talk. They have determined that his issues stem from his upbringing and his rapid rise to fame and wealth as a child. But they are not specialists, and wish a professional could help Justin get past this person he has become as he got used to having money and everything his way for too long. The tricky part is getting him to actually receiving this kind of help.

Like any other teenager, Justin is at a stubborn and rebellious age. What makes it even worse? The money and power that he does have at this point. The kid obviously feels invincible, not realizing that his behavior can cause him to lose this very power that he has. Justin's people hope that the judge will order him to rehab but fear the Miami offenses will not be as serious as to require this for the star. On the other hand, the egg case felony might.

Tough love, huh? Sounds a lot like the legal troubles Chris Brown started to face at the same age as Justin right now (of course, Chris Brown's case was violent). We hope both talented stars can get it together.
