'Bond 24' Release Date, Cast & News Update: Daniel Craig a Cheater? Voice Mail Reveals Sienna Miller & Actor Had An Affair

In the on-going courtroom battle between Jude Law and several editors of News of the World, new evidence sheds light on "James Bond" star Daniel Craig's affair with the actor's former girlfriend, Sienna Miller.

In an article on E! News, Dan Evans, a reporter who used to work for the publication's former editor Andy Coulson, played a voicemail recording between Miller and Craig back in 2005. Evans, who admitted to the phone-hacking allegations, explained to the court the contents of the recording and how his former editor reacted to it.

According to Evans, the message Miller sent to Craig was: "Hi, it's me. I can't speak, I'm at the Groucho with Jude. I love you."

Upon listening to the voicemail, Coulson said, "Brillant," The Guardian reports. Evans described Coulson as being "very animated" after hearing the message and seemed to congratulate him by telling him, "You are a company man now Dan."

His editor then instructed him to make a copy of the message to conceal its source. Coulson then told his reporter to drop the tape off at the front gate of the News of the World office and the security staff "would then ring up and say this has been sent in anonymously."

Evans then apologized in court to all the people whose privacy was violated due to his actions. He then revealed that there was another reporter present when he played the message. He said, "Andy wanted me to play the tape. I do not know whether I played it to both of them at the same time. Certainly Andy was there...and I played the tape a couple of times and listened to it."

In another article on E! News, when Law was asked in court if he had any knowledge about his former girlfriend's infidelity in September of 2005, the actor reportedly answered, "Yes...Indeed I was."

The actor then revealed that he made a phone call to Craig at that time questioning him about his actions and urging him to confess his affair with Miller to his then-girlfriend Satsuki Mitchell.

Law explained to the court, "We had known each other, many, many years, so the conversation took on all sorts of turns."
