Most video games require gamers to dig deep throughout the game in order to find special ways around the elusive missions and objectives standing in their way.

Not in Grand Theft Auto 5.

Just like all Grand Theft Auto games in the series, there are a number of simple, classic cheats you can type in to instantly get an edge in almost any category. Whether you're looking to escape from the police or you're planning to jump from the sky, there is something for you. If you really do want to go through the extra time to find hidden and secret packages, you will eventually find money, as described by IGN.

Although we usually give category-specific cheats, such as vehicle-related cheats, today we'll be providing a list of some of the best overall cheats for gamers to check out the next time they play GTA 5. As always, be sure to remember that these cheats are only meant to be used during free time as opposed to during your missions in the game.
