Earlier this month, Capcom announced that the Edition Select Mode will allow players of "Ultra Street Fighter 4" to choose different versions of characters. It was also reported that that the fifth mysterious character in the game will be unveiled during the Final Round 17 in Atlanta which was held last March 14 to 16.

Keeping to its promise, the game developer revealed during the event that Decapre is the fifth and final character in "Ultra Street Fighter 4", Polygon reported. For those who are not familiar with this character, Decapre is a member of the Dolls, a group of girls captured and brainwashed by Shadaloo to become M. Bison's assassins.

Here is a short description of Decapre from the Streetfighter Wiki page:

"Originally from Russia, her appearance resembles Cammy with a black mask. In the UDON comics, her face is shown to be burned on the left side. Like Vega, Decapre uses claws in hand-to-hand combat, except shorter and in both hands. Her named is derived from the Russian word for December."

Although she has been featured in various "Street Fighter" media, "Ultra Street Fighter 4" will be her playable fighting game debut. She is equipped with two ultra combos, and psycho-power-infused attacks which allows her to share her pain with her opponents.

However, IGN noted that Decapre for "Ultra Street Fighter 4" is only 85% complete. This means her appearance and skill set may change before the game's June release.

Decapre joins Elena, Hugo, Poison, and Rolento as the five newly added characters in the roster of "Ultra Street Fighter 4". The update will be released for Japanese arcades in April and in August for the PC. PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 players can get their hands on the game in June.
