It's official. Singer/Songwriter and keyboardist Christine McVie has confirmed that she is rejoining Fleetwood Mac after a long 16-year absence.

What's better thank McVie's comeback? Well, the band has announced their launch of a North American Fleetwood Mac tour that will kick off on September 30th.

The exciting announcement was first made on NBC's Today show on Thursday. All five members of Fleetwood Mac reunited on the Today show stage to discuss plans for the tour.

"She [Christine McVie] had us all seriously convinced that she would never come back," said Fleetwood Mac band member, Stevie Nicks on the morning show.

Tickets for the Live Nation endorsed tour will go on sale March 31. The tour will begin in Minneapolis at the Target Center and will then continue across North America with 34 shows in 33 cities.

Will we be seeing you at the tour?
