HBO recently aired a 15-minute promotional feature entitled Game of Thrones Ice and Fire: A Foreshadowing, which gave die hard fans an in-depth look at the upcoming drama that will take place in the fourth season of the medieval fantasy series. Game of Thrones Ice and Fire: A Foreshadowing featured members of the cast answering questions from fans, using questions submitted via Twitter, in addition to new footage and behind the scene clips from the production process.

Cast members were asked by fans to share their reaction to the shocking deaths from the Red Wedding episode of the last season. Most of them felt as strongly about it as many fans did. Gwendoline Christie, the actress who plays Brienne, said: "I knew it was coming, and it ripped me up inside." Peter Dinklage, who plays Tyrion Lannister, said "I know how important the Red Wedding is to so many fans of the show and the books, but we pick up the pieces and top it in many ways."

The actors talked about Joffrey's Royal Wedding and how it was the most complicated scene they've shot thus far, and the producers announced that the most shocking scenes so far will be revealed at the end of season four. Khaleesi's dragons grow and become more dangerous, and Brienne is said to bite off a man's ear and spit it in his face.

Game of Thrones is by executive producer, director and writer David Benioff and is based on the best-selling fantasy series A Song of Ice and Fire by George R.R. Martin and season 4 will be based on the second half of A Storm of Swords as well as including elements of the fourth and fifth books, A Feast for Crows and A Dance with Dragons. Producer David Benioff reportedly said, "I think what makes this season differ is things really get going much more quickly."
