Google is now reportedly working on three smartphones this year! A new report making buzz on the internet suggesting that the American giant company is working on a third phone with two second-generation Pixel devices.

Droid Life reported that the third phone will bear the codename of "Taimen" and suggest that it might be the biggest among three devices. Google's Pixel Android phones are already out for some time now and the company thinks it is time to make second generations of Pixel and Pixel XL.

Reports suggest that the two Google's Pixel second generations are going under the codenamed of "Walleye" and "Muskie." In the newest report, it did confirm that they are correct codenames for two of the forthcoming Google smartphones.

Google's Walleye reportedly be the smaller one compared to the second one and suggest that it would be the 2017 Pixel. While the Muskie will obviously be the larger one and be the 2017 Pixel XL. Further clarification for the latest report, Taimen is neither of the two mentioned second generation device of Google Pixel gen.

Taimen will be the third smartphone and independently produce by Google. It reportedly is bigger in size than the second gen of Pixel phones, Walleye and Muskie. TNW has reported that Google's third smartphone will have a larger screen but remains unclear how does the three devices will differ from each other.

Reports also buzzing around that Taimen is separate from the other two mentioned devices of Pixels. How they differ? Remains unanswered. It was previously heard that Google is working on a much cheaper version of Pixel version and a feature-packed waterproof high-end processor.

However, Google Pixel's fans are now waiting and are expecting something big from the company. Even wondered if they will be adapting the 2:1 screen ratio that is the latest of LG G6. The giant company is also expecting to sport Android O on the said three underwork devices.

Google is expecting to introduce its IO developer-focused event this May. As with all the rumors circulating around, the report should be taken with a grain of salt as nothing is yet to be confirmed by the company.
