A video tape from 2011 that features V. Stiviano, the mistress who secretly recorded Donald Sterling making some racist remarks, has surfaced.

In the video, which was obtained by TMZ, Stiviano goes on a rant saying she doesn't "understand black people."

The remarks that were recorded were supposed to be part of a TV reality show pilot on gold diggers, according to TMZ.

Here's part of her rant:

"I don't understand black people," she says in the video. "The minute you give them a little bit of money, they don't know what to do with it."

She continues, "They're like, 'Yo, I wanna put extra rims on top of my rims. And my rims are gonna turn around. I'm gonna call them spinners.'"

"They do stupid s-t like that, when there's people starving around the world," she says. "That's what people wasn't to do with their money?"

Then there's another clip. It shows Stiviano talking to an Elmo puppet.

"We don't like black people," she says to the Elmo puppet.

The ex-mistress of Sterling is responsible for him being banned from the NBA. She knew she was being recorded, however.

The show was going to cast Stiviano as one of the girls who wanted to "find a mega-rich guy and settle down with him."

Just this week, former Microsoft CEO Steve Balmer put in a $2 billion bid to buy the L.A. Clippers from Sterling.

Sterling seems to be staying put and will fight to keep his team. He is threatening to sue the NBA for $1 billion.

If Sterling is forced to sell the team, he might even sue Stiviano. The story seems to change everyday. If he retains the team, will NBA players strike?

Stiviano seemed like the hero for exposing Sterling, but now she looks just as guilty as him.
