Danica McKellar, who played Winnie Cooper in "The Wonder Years," is in Avril Lavigne's new music video sharing a kiss with the pop-rock star.

McKellar gained fame staring as Winnie Cooper on "The Wonder Years" which ran from 1988-1993. In the comedy-drama show, Winnie was the love of Kevin Arnold (played by Fred Savage). The girl-next-door was also the love interest of many boys across America who watched the television show.

Now, fans can relive their adolescent dreams by watching McKellar strut around in sexy attire in the music video for Lavigne's latest single, "Rock N Roll."

The video is shot in a superhero comic book style. In the five-minute-long video, Lavigne wrestles with a lobster, before going on an adventure with McKellar. Eventually, the two women get into a car accident thanks to the alcoholic dog that they allow to drive their car. Stressed and forlorn, Mckellar, 38, and Lavigne, 28 get into an emotional argument.

McKellar and Lavigne make up soon after and seal it with a kiss.

Lavigne narrates the scene nostalgically, similar to the way Kevin Arnold used to narrate his teenage tales in "The Wonder Years."

Lavigne and McKellar are not likely to become a permanent couple, however. Lavigne recently married Chad Kroeger, lead singer of the band Nickleback. Lavigne wore a black dress for the affair, which took place in Mandelieu, France.

In contrast, McKellar is recently single. She divorced former husband Mike Verta in February of this year. McKellar is now a mathematician but has also appeared on ABC Family's "Secret Life of the American Teenager" and will appear in a new movie called The Wrong Woman.

Actor Billy Zane also appears in the video. He is shown riding a Segway.

"Rock N Roll" is the first single from Lavigne's upcoming self-titled album. The CD will be released Sept. 24.
