After a series of Twitter rants, shopping scuffles, criminal arrests and court appearances, Gucci Mane is going to spend the rest of the year locked up in jail.

According to the court documents, following his September 14 arrest, the Atlanta rapper was charged with firearm possession by a convicted felon, disorderly conduct, carrying a concealed weapon, marijuana possession and more. As a result, Gucci received a 183-day jail sentence since he is already on probation, and these charges are considered probation violations.

In March of this year, the Atlanta police department issued an arrest warrant for the 1017 Brick Squad Records founder after he allegedly attacked a soldier during his "Trap Back 2" release party. Weeks after this incident, Gucci was taken again into custody due to a parole violation.

Also, the Trap House IIII rapper gained public infamy due to his numerous fights, particularly with former associate Waka Flocka Flame. Gucci attempted to sell Waka's contract for $1 million through Twitter.

Speaking of Twitter, GuWop recently was engaged in an infamous rant on the social networking website, targeting other artists, such as Waka Flocka Flame, Nicki Minaj, Tyga and more. He later on confessed that his lean addiction was the reason behind his erratic behaviors, and said that he will be checking into a rehab.

Atlantic Records dropped the rapper because of his continuous legal problems and uncontrollable behavior. However, in the midst of everything that is happening in his life, Gucci Mane continues to put out his music and music videos, along with the release of "Diary Of A Trap God" and most recently, the music video for "Me."
