Nintendo fans continue to wait for more news about this year's upcoming releases. On Wednesday, they may finally learn a bit more of what to expect from the Japanese video game maker as Nintendo Direct will broadcast online details about the company's upcoming line up as well as other news.

The Nintendo Direct broadcast will be streamed online through Nintendo's website as well as their Twitch account, reports Tech Times. The stream will begin on Jan. 14 at 6 a.m. PST, or 9 a.m. EST, and will cover upcoming Wii U and Nintendo 3DS releases.

Nintendo America announced the news on Twitter, though after briefly deleting the original tweet.

Nintendo's website also says that Nintendo CEO and President Saturo Iwata will be part of the presentation and reveal details about this year's video game lineup, but the video game maker has not hinted at what games will be mentioned on Wednesday's broadcast.

Fans, nonetheless, have an idea of what they may see. The games expected are "Mario Maker," "Yoshi Wooly World," Kirby and the Rainbow Curse" as well as "The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask." All of these games are expected to be released in 2015.

"Kirby and the Rainbow Curse" will be released in Japan on Jan. 22 and in the U.S. the following month, though there is no exact date.

"Mario Maker" will allow a player to create 2D Mario levels with a Wii U GamePad controller, according to the Nintendo @ E3 website.

"Players use the GamePad touch screen to easily drag and drop elements they want in their levels. Place blocks, pipes, lifts and enemies anywhere and play through the level," the website explains.

A creator can also playtest the level and edit it, if needed. The website only reveals that the game will be released in the first half of 2015.
