In a rare occasion, "Sons of Anarchy" star Theo Rossi stepped out on Tuesday with his wife, Meghan McDermott, to attend the annual Vanity Fair party in celebration of the NYC Tribeca Film Festival, as reported by People.

But the moment they entered, it wasn't their presence that surprised people -- it was McDermott's baby bump.

Even better, they weren't shy to reveal any of their known details about their soon-to-be child either.

Rossi said that he and his wife do not yet know the sex of the baby. But to make the story even more interesting, he added that the baby is expected to be born on his birthday.

Rossi's film "Bad Hurt" is set to premier this year at Tribeca and, with less than two months away from the June 4 due date, he will definitely have his hands full.

"I'm just excited for him or her. I keep calling it 'him or her,' " he told People. "I'm just excited for this baby to grow up in New York City because it's the greatest place in the world, and it made me who I am, and I just think that it's going to be very interesting because it's a very different time from when I grew up."

Although "Sons of Anarchy" has officially came to an end, that doesn't mean Rossi intends to just drag around and do nothing. He will be helping Meghan along with the pregnancy as well as promoting his film.

He told E! Online, "It's hectic right now. We are at Tribeca where we're promoting our production company's first film, 'Bad Hurt,' and its premiere. Lots to celebrate right now."

McDermott has also been vocal on social media, which included a tweet on April 15 where she said, "THANK YOU for the well wishes and blessings! We are THRILLED and GRATEFUL beyond measure. Cannot wait to meet our little one very soon! xo," after keeping the news under wraps for quite some time.
