In the upcoming "19 Kids and Counting" episode "Anna's Having A...," Josh and Anna Duggar return to Arkansas from a trip to California.

The parents-of-three are expecting their fourth child this July. The Duggar family throws a gender-reveal party for the expecting parents. Fans want to know... is it a boy or a girl?

The fun and joyous occasion should lighten the load for the couple who came under fire in April for purchasing a home while owing $13,654 in back taxes.

RadarOnline reported that Josh and Anna have failed to pay their taxes for four years. Radar obtained documents from the Department of Finance and Administration showing the couple owes $3,746 in 2012 unpaid taxes, and $9,908 in taxes from 2009, 2010 and 2011.

When asked about the matter by In Touch Weekly, Josh told the tabloid his debt had been paid off, but that was a lie, according to Radar Online.

The Washington County Circuit Court clerk told Radar Online that the debt remains unpaid.

Despite being in debt, Josh and Anna purchased a foreclosed home in Siloam Springs, Arkansas for $55,000.

Later, Josh was criticized for comments made during an interview with CNS News at the April 25 March for Marriage. The reality star, who serves as the executive director of the Family Research Council's advocacy wing, said that the LGBT fight for marriage equality is an effort to "silence" Christians.

The criticism by different media outlets was that, essentially, the eldest son of the Duggar clan was saying that marriage equality discriminates against Christians who want to discriminate.

The Duggar family has never shied away from speaking about their beliefs concerning marriage. Although some may disagree with their views, there is no denying the Duggars have raised healthy and well-adjusted children.

"I believe strongly, being the oldest of '19 Kids and Counting' that you know marriage is central to the family and every single child deserves a mother and father," Josh told CNS News. "And I'm sure grateful for my parents and I'm grateful for my wife and we have our fourth child on the way due in July, and I think it's just such a blessing when you see family and you see that you can honor each other."

Watch "Anna's Having A..." Tuesday, May 12, at 8 p.m. ET on TLC.
