"Whiplash," the 10th episode of the third season of "Devious Maids" was an exciting prelude to the 11th episode, "Terms of Endearment," which will air next Monday.

With just three episodes until the series finale, the series has kept fans guessing throughout the length of the summer season. During the upcoming episode, Zoila (Judy Reyes) will tell Genevieve (Susan Lucci) a dark secret about Dr. Neff (John O'Hurley). Marisol (Ana Ortiz) and Jesse (Nathan Owens) will argue over Olivia (Valerie Mahaffey). Also, Evelyn (Rebecca Wisocky) will relax enough to allow Carmen (Roselyn Sanchez) to care for her newly adopted son, even allowing her to discipline him.

The 10th episode of the series showed Rosie (Dania Ramirez) and Marisol theorize that Olivia, Michael's (Brett Cullen) ex-wife, could be the crafty killer striking down community members throughout Beverly Hills, including the maimed tennis pro and their friend Blanca (Naya Rivera), who was hanged.

Olivia, the pill-popping socialite, confessed to Marisol that she'd been seeing Michael for the past few months, ironic because Michael has repeatedly accused Taylor (Brianna Brown) of carrying out an affair.

"The whore is finally getting a taste of her own medicine," Olivia said of Michael's former mistress. "I couldn't have planned it better myself." Later, Olivia shocked audiences by ending a phone call with a mysterious stranger before shaving her head.

Also, during the episode, Carmen experienced the wrath of karma when Jacklyn (Michelle Hurd) discovered that Carmen has been sleeping with her husband, Sebastien (Gilles Marini). Jacklyn savored her plan for vengeance while convincing Carmen that she believed the lie that Carmen and Sebastien were only texting because Carmen hired him as a realtor.

Later, when Carmen was to make her first television appearance, Jacklyn aired video of Carmen rolling in the sheets with Jacklyn's husband, rather than a flashy music video. This led Carmen to end her relationship with Sebastien, although she wasn't able to end her work relationship with Jacklyn.

"You're not going to make music anywhere else," Jacklyn said menacingly.

The episode revealed that Spence (Grant Show) is Taylor's addiction sponsor. Also, it came out that Dr. Neff's maid, Joy (Joy Osmanski), has been outshining Zoila. Joy told Zoila that she refuses to do a bad job to help her impress Dr. Neff.

But Joy's decision to outperform led to sour results, when a polished floor caused her to slip, fall and break the urn holding the ashes of Dr. Neff's mother. Zoila, however, took the fall. Meanwhile, Evelyn and Adrian (Tom Irwin) fell in love with their foster child, and they even took embarrassing photos of the child service employee for the purposes of blackmail in order to secure a place for Deon in their home.

"Devious Maids" airs Mondays at 9 p.m. EDT on Lifetime.
