In the upcoming episode of “Quantico,” the people trying to keep Alex (Priyanka Chopra) safe will be pushed to the limits of their loyalty.

In a teaser for Episode 7 of Season 1, titled "Go," a visibly distraught Alex stares out a window and seems to contemplate turning herself in.

“Too many people I care about are getting hurt,” she says.

The episode cuts between scenes of intense midterm examinations during her training and a future, wherein the FBI agent turned fugitive wonders who she can still trust.

“Quantico” has enjoyed massive critical praise, as well as high ratings ever since its premiere.

Now, the Mark Gordon produced show, has been hit with a lawsuit.

As TV.com reports, the filmmakers behind a 1999 CNN documentary "Quantico: The Making of an FBI Agent" say that ABC took their idea and developed it into a hit show.

The original documentary followed a class of FBI recruits throughout a 16-week training program. The producers thought that the documentary could make a great movie or TV series.

Their lawsuit claims that they pitched the idea to Gordon in 2001 and that his company optioned it. In 2003, the producers say they signed a deal with the Mark Gordon Company and handed over all their pertinent notes and transcripts to the company.

They claim that after showing initial interest, Gordon declined to pursue the idea.

According to the litigants, the project was originally conceived as a movie that would include a conspiracy within the FBI Academy, a plot device that is integral to the current “Quantico” series.

In less litigious “Quantico” news, Chopra, the 33-year-old Indian-born actress who plays Alex on the series, will voice an elephant for the animal rights group PETA.

As quoted in Just Jared, Chopra said, “Elephants are truly magnificent creatures, who desperately need our help and protection.”

“Quantico” airs Sundays at 10 p.m. ET on ABC.
