After spending weeks in South Africa working on the production of "Resident Evil: The Final Chapter," actor William Levy headed to the Dominican Republic for some more work.

The Cuban actor shared photos of his time in the Dominican Republic on social media, including shots of food and the scenery, as well as a funny video.

On Nov. 20, the actor shared a photo on Instagram of a table covered with a variety of dishes, including rice, shrimp and a variety of meats. The actor hilariously called the banquet a snack.

"Earlier today... Having a Dominican snack. Don't get scared it is only a Dominican appetizer...Almost ready to start filming in the beautiful Dominican Republican," he captioned the photo.

Levy also posted a video that showed his playful side on Nov. 21. The 35-year-old star played a prank on a little girl who was standing behind him by tapping on her shoulder when she wasn't looking and pretending he didn't do it.

The actor's last two photos were of the scenery, featuring a daytime photo and another of the sun setting.

"Enjoying this beautiful day at this beautiful place at this beautiful country #republicadominicana about to have a snack," he captioned a third photo showing off a stunning ocean view.

The actor spent time with his family in South Africa while filming, and the trip revealed that he and Elizabeth Gutiérrez may be a couple after all.

Gutiérrez followed the actor to Cape Town with their two kids, Christopher and Kailey Levy. They were spotted meeting at the airport, and they shared photos from their outings together.

Despite the fact Levy and Gutierrez didn't take any photos together, it was clear that they toured the South African capitol together.
