Selena Gomez Shares a TikTok About 'Red Flags' in a Relationship and Fans Think It's About Justin Bieber
Selena Gomez had caused a stir in social media after posting a TikTok video on "red flags" in a relationship. Fans and other social media users had assumed that the singer was pertaining to his long-time on and off ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber, Style Caster reported.
In the TikTok video, Selena Gomez mouthed along to the words of a voiceover saying, "So, you're telling me that you can read his astrological birth chart but you can't read the red flags?"
The post earned more than three million likes since it was posted. Some of the fans' comments were making a connection to Justin Bieber.
One user commented that "Bestie, his name started with a J," while another wrote that "he was a Pisces sis and you did not read that either."
Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber's Relationship
The two had dated on and off from 2011 to 2018. One source said that Selena Gomez was a very traditional person and would love to find a person she can marry and have a family with one day.
The source noted that right now, the singer is not looking for something serious and is in no rush to settle down. Selena Gomez is prioritizing her health, career, and philanthropy work.
The former Disney star earlier acknowledged her lack of luck when it comes to romantic relationships. Gomez was once quoted in a Vogue Australia interview that most of her experiences in relationships have been cursed, adding that it never felt equal.
According to Vogue, the first split the previous couple had experienced was back in 2012, with the cause of the split was said to be trust issues and the young age of the couple.
In 2014, Justin Bieber was linked to Hailey Baldwin after he unfollowed Selena Gomez on Instagram. The next year, a video surfaced of Justin Bieber serenading Selena Gomez in a hotel room. Rumors then started to circulate that the two are back again.
In January 2016, Justin Bieber and Baldwin started dating, which confirmed, at the time, that "Jelena" is off at the moment.
Selena Gomez's Birthday
Jennifer Anniston had wished Selena Gomez a happy birthday on social media. Anniston had posted on Thursday, July 22, a throwback picture with Gomez, who had just turned 29.
The "Friends" star captioned her post with "Happy birthday, angel," GEO reported. Gomez was named after popular Tejano singer Selena Quintanilla-Perez. She was raised in suburban Dallas, according to Britannica.
Selena Gomez started her career with PBS children's television series "Barney & Friends." She then appeared regularly on the program from 2002 to 2004.
She made her big-screen debut in the family movie "Spy Kids 3." She got the role on the TV series "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody" when she auditioned for the Disney Channel.
She was Alex Russo on a Disney sitcom, "Wizards of Waverly Palace," in which she also sang the theme song. The song became an instant hit among the preteens and earned favorable comparison with Disney colleague Miley Cyrus.
