On Thursday, Nick Cannon debuted his new tattoo that now replaces the massive "Mariah" ink he once had in honor of his now estranged wife, Mariah Carey, TMZ reports.

Now that the couple is in the midst of divorce, Cannon has replaced the "Mariah" tattoo with a new tat of Jesus Christ on the cross with angel wings, claims TMZ.

The "America's Got Talent" host debuted the new tattoo on Thursday night at Playhouse in Hollywood where he performed as a DJ for his pre-birthday celebration.

There is no word yet on whether Carey has replaced her "MC" tattoo that she previously claimed stood for Mrs. Cannon.

However, Madame Noire reports during a past interview on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," DeGeneres suggested that Carey's "MC" tattoo could also stand for Mariah Carey should things not work out between her and Nick.

"That's so mean, Ellen," Carey said in response to DeGeneres' suggestion. "I never had a tattoo before, and it's his first tattoo also -- that's why it was a big deal. I fell asleep during my tattoo. People were like, 'What?' I was gangsta for that, a little bit."

Whether Carey will replace the "MC" tattoo or keep it remains to be seen.

But now that Cannon has replaced his tattoo, it appears to be a sign that he and Carey are officially over and have no intention to reconcile.

Back in 2008, Cannon explained to InTouch that his decision to get "Mariah" tatted on his back was to represent their everlasting love for one another.

"To me rings are special and exciting, but tattoos mean more than anything," Cannon told InTouch in 2008. "They're forever and ever. They professed our love."

Since separating with Carey in August, Cannon seems to be rapidly moving on. Cannon has already been linked to Wiz Khalifa's ex, Amber Rose, and his "N'Credible" artist, Kreesha Turner.
