Amanda Bynes arrived back in NYC after being treated for Schizophrenia and Bipolar disease in California.

Now that her parents' conservatorship is over and she has been kicked out of Fashion school in L.A., the actress is back to her bizarre behavior and the city that witnessed her breakdown a year ago.

What Amanda's friends feared the most is already in action. After her parents refused to renew their conservatorship over the "All That" actress claiming that she is better now, Amanda's friends feel she is danger.

The former child star is demonstrating the same type of behavior she left behind after she spent some time at a Malibu Spych Ward.

She was first seen at a Salon in Calfornia, dying her hair back to a bleach blonde to then proceed to LAX. At the airport, onlookers claimed that she was talking to herself as she ate at a restaurant.

After she arrived in New York City, she was seen at the airport with a large bandage covering a large part of her right cheek. New Yorkers say that the "What I Like About You" star was in Union Square (a popular area in Manhattan) talking to trees.

A person even filmed Bynes on a Citi Bike (rental bicycles in NYC) wobbling and almost running over a group of pedestrians while attempting to cross the street near Penn station. A Twitter account known to belong to Amanda publicized a photo of a lit cigarette early Monday morning. Spectators say that the cigarette might actually contain marijuana, a drug that Amanda denies to smoke.

Do you think Amanda has hit rock bottom again? Does she belong in a psych ward where she can be helped?
