Is she going back to her old partying ways and drinking habits? The "Mean Girls" actress Lindsay Lohan was caught on camera red-handed, grabbing for a bottle of wine, post-rehab.

Lohan has frequently gotten into trouble with the American law since 2010. She has struggled with substance abuse, which she has admitted to having an alcohol addiction and trying cocaine in the past. After going in and out of rehab multiple times, the actress is finally free from her 90 days of latest court-ordered rehab in August, although she is still receiving court-ordered therapy.

It seemed that Lindsay Lohan was being a good girl, staying out of mishaps and public drama. However, her recent behaviors indicate that she might be going back to her old partying ways in New York City. She was reportedly acting belligerently at Sing Sing karaoke bar in the East Village, where an employee claimed that the actress has become a regular customer. She came with a group of her friends, who ordered a bottle of Jameson and left a private booth full of trash. She also had a verbal argument with a staff and called the NYPD after.

The morning after the intoxicated commotion, Lindsay Lohan flew to Los Angeles for a series of project meetings. On Tuesday, the 27-year-old actress was photographed, which appeared to reaching for a bottle of red wine at her friend Courtenay Semel's Hollywood Hills home. "She stayed at Courtenay's house in Los Angeles because she had nowhere else to go today," a source reported. This was an hour before her flight back to New York, which was scheduled to arrive on Wednesday morning.

She called a private car to Semel's house and rushed to LAX to catch her flight. She got there just in time for 6 a.m. flight, however she ended up missing her scheduled departure.

Although she was never snapped drinking in action, this can possibly put Lohan's career comeback in jeopardy. She is currently filming her sobriety for a reality show on Oprah Winfrey's OWN network, which is planned to go on air in 2014: her irresponsible behavior can potentially blow $2 million deal.

Lindsay Lohan is dealing with another problem. She's facing a new civil lawsuit related to the California car crash on a Santa Monica highway in 2012, which led to a criminal conviction for reckless driving. The truck driver James Johnson is now suing the actress due to suffering physical pain and mental anguish after the accident.
