On Feb. 20, internationally renowned artist and Latin Grammy-award winning, Puerto Rican singer Luis Fonsi will be wearing his 'corazón' on his sleeve.

Fonsi, who released his latest single, "Corazón en la Maleta" on Feb. 18, is gearing up for its worldwide TV premiere that will take place at this year's Premio lo Nuestro Award Ceremony. The multi-platinum artist will perform live from Miami at the awards, which will take place at 8 p.m. on Univision Network.

Premio Lo Nuestro Awards, which will be hosted by Mexican beauty Ninel Conde and hunky Cuban actor William Levy, "is the longest-running Spanish-language Latin music awards show in TV history. Nominations are based on Nielsen airplay tracking data and the winners are determined by popular vote. It features 35 categories, representing all the most popular music genres," according to Univision's official website.

Who else will be performing at the Premio Lo Nuestro Awards?

Colombian-born salsa singer Charlie Zaa will take the stage along with renowned artists -Cheo Feliciano, Ismael Miranda, José Alberto "El Canario," Nora, Oscar de León, Sergio George, Tito Nieves, and Willy Chirino -- as part of the powerhouse group "Los Grandes de la Salsa" (The Salsa Giants).

Also, Yandel, member of the famous reggaeton duo Wisin y Yandel and now a best-selling solo artist, will be joined by Daddy Yankee for a performance of their current hit, "Moviendo Caderas," the third blockbuster single from Yandel's first solo album. The single was produced by the Swedish composer and producer Martin Terefe, winner of multiple Grammy Awards for his work with Jason Mraz, James Blunt, Mary J. Blige, James Morrison and Craig David, among others, while the mastering of the album was done at the legendary Abbey Road Studios in London.
