San Francisco 49ers' offensive tackle Joe Staley is saying goodbye to his San Jose home.

Staley, the 31-year-old football player, has listed his home for $1.95 million, Realtor.com reported. The NFL athlete has paid $1.75 million for the San Jose estate way back in 2008, according to the site. Therefore, the veteran tackle will have the opportunity to gain $200,000 from its sale.

Its listing on Realtor.com noted that the single-family property is located at Cabana. The 2,538-square-foot abode features four bedrooms. The house built in 1952 also includes two full bathrooms and one half bath.

The real estate site revealed that it has a spacious living room equipped with a stone fireplace and a modern kitchen with a center island, a lot of storage cabinets and stainless steel high-end appliances.

Aside from these details, the next owners of the California property will enjoy a relaxing Master suite with a huge walk-in closet. The suite has its own master bathroom with a large soaking tub.

Notable interiors are hardwood flooring, large picture windows, recessed lighting, custom-built cabinetry and classic finishing. The next residents will surely have an easy way of decorating the home as the colors are neutral and earth-toned.

Outdoors, a nice yard with grown trees having colorful foliage surround the lovely home.

Will Staley still be a 49er?

There were ongoing rumors that Staley, who was drafted by the San Francisco team in 2007, per ESPN stats, will soon be cut from its roster. His real estate move is another tell-tale sign.

CBS Sports' NFL insider, Jason La Confora, informed through a Twitter post that there was a possibility that the four-time Pro Bowler would be sent to another team via a trade.

However, the Nov. 3 deadline for trades had passed and the San Francisco NFL team only traded wide receiver Vernon Davis to the Denver Broncos, SB Nation noted.

Yet, Staley's future is still not sure with the 49ers, especially with what Davis commented about his former team, per USA Today.

"So many things were going on, so much turmoil. No one really excelled, no one really had success. As a team we didn't have success," Davis said.

It is highly probable that the 49ers will be analyzing their roster and may change several things to improve on it.

No matter what happens, Staley just needs to play his best every time he can, to still be part of the 49ers, or even move to a new team that will give him a second home.
