Keanu Reeves major hit movie, "John Wick", was released in 2014 and received critical and box office success instantly. The sequel, "John Wick 2" made sure to continue the legacy.

According to Forbes, it took only eight days for "John Wick 2" to surpass the $43.037 million domestic total of the original "John Wick". The sequel already earned $42.1 million just after a week of its release.

It is expected that "John Wick 2" will further gross $20 million more, reaching the mark of $62 million by the end of 11 days. The success of both the films is now calling for a "John Wick 3".

There is high chance that the next sequel of John Wick series might take place outside the US. Director Chad Stahelski has recently teased that "John Wick 3" might go international, preferable London.

"We talked about the UK, Paris, we'd love to do the Middle East and Asia, those are our hotspots," Digital Spy quoted Stahelski."Something like that will gestate, I'm sure. I would like to end it in New York, where we started. To go full circle."

Stahelski further added that Keanu Reeves was always a dedicated actor and "John Wick 2" filming was no different. The 51-year old actor spent a lot of time on perfecting the minute details of many action scenes in "John Wick 2".

Keanu did not put those efforts just because he is a fan of action, but also because the character demanded it. .While working on "John Wick 2" the actor has stated that if the movie of promising to feature the world's greatest assassin then it needs to show the audience that the character is the best they have ever seen.

The filmmaker also revealed that the sequel was much harder to make than the original "John Wick." The challenge was to meet the expectations of the fans that have gone a notch higher than a couple of years ago.
