Amid their recent dating rumors, Kendall Jenner and Cara Delevingne are reportedly moving in together.

TMZ reported back in May that the reality star-turned-model paid $1,399,000 and took out a $910,000 mortgage on her luxury flat, located in the lavish neighborhood of Westwood, Los Angeles. The high-rise property, which only features two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, is said to come with a heated swimming pool, fitness center, catering kitchen, social room, card room and wine storage, as well as 24-hour valet parking and concierge services.

According to The Sun, the new couple will be living together at Jenner's $1.39M condo in the upcoming year.

"Kendall and Cara are excited," a source revealed. "The flat is infamous in Hollywood circles with weekly game nights and after-parties attended by Kendall's boyfriends, Chris Brown, Justin Bieber and her sister Kylie. Party-loving Cara will fit in perfectly."

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star and the British beauty have been working together lately, most recently with international makeup artist Pat McGrath, as they each shared on their Instagram accounts:

The supermodels have noticeably gotten closer these days causing some fans to speculate that they may be more than just friends. For instance, the two posed for the cover of Love magazine's latest issue, which shows Jenner straddling and embracing Delevingne.

In addition to their intimate black-and-white image, the pair attended this year's British Fashion Awards hand-in-hand in London. Delevingne was even caught with her arms around Jenner at one point of the night, according to Us Weekly.

Jenner and Delevingne, who both were previously linked to One Direction's Harry Styles, were also seen holding hands at the Chanel Metiers d'Art Collection 2014/2015 runway in Salzburg, Austria the next day.
