Actress Alyssa Milano announced on Wednesday, Oct. 1, that she will be leaving "Mistresses," the ABC drama that she has starred in for two seasons.

There isn't any indication as to how her character of Savannah will be exiting the show, but the decision made by the actress is final.

"After two wonderful seasons in Los Angeles, the studio has decided to shoot season three of Mistresses in Vancouver, Canada for financial reasons. It's with a heavy heart that I have decided that I can't relocate," Milano wrote to fans on her personal website.

The 41-yeard old "Charmed" alumni gave birth to her daughter Elizabella with husband David Bugliari, a CAA agent, on Sept. 4. She is also the mother of 3-year-old son Milo, her family is the reason why Milano has decided that relocating with the show is not an option.

"I have two babies under 4. Being a mother and wife comes first and I just cannot uproot my children and separate the family by moving away," Milano stated. "I will miss this job desperately and wish everyone the absolute best."

After making her announcement on her website, Milano, who is an active user of Twitter, posted a simple tweet, writing, "Sadly, I won't be returning to #Mistresses," with a link leading to her reason why.

Alyssa took to Twitter to thank fans for their support through this transition in her career. "I've been reading your kind tweets all day with tears in my eyes. Thank you for understanding and supporting my decision."

Milano's other projects also involve a line of Sports t-shirts for women available for a variety of different teams and designs by the name of TouchByAM.
