Fans of Bethesda's "Fallout" title looking to covet all the games in the franchise have finally received the answer to their prayers. The game publisher has announced that it will come out with a "Fallout Anthology" collector's edition this fall to satisfy every gamer's choice of title from the series.

The announcement was made on Thursday at the QuakeCon 2015 event happening in Dallas, Texas. Bethesda Vice President Pete Hines dropped the news while on stage at the event hosted by ZeniMax Media.

A later post on Twitter also revealed how much the collection will cost.

"Fallout Anthology will retail for $49.99. Stores should be making it available soon. Check your retailer of choice," posted Hines on his Twitter handle.

The video game collection of the popular title comes with all five titles from the series, noted IGN.

The bundle has "Fallout," "Fallout 2," "Fallout Tactics," "Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition" and "Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition." What is obvious is that it does not have the upcoming "Fallout 4" title. However, it has a spot reserved for it just in case the owner decides to add the latest video game in the series that will come out in November.

While the bundle seems very exciting, the downside is that it is only available to the PC. Xbox One and PS4 users will just have to content themselves with other titles, noted Gotta Be Mobile.

It seems that the logic behind it is that some of the titles were developed for the desktop experience and not the console.

However, console owners need not feel left out as there is another "Fallout" bundle that offers the "Fallout 3" title, however, it is played in the last-generation console, Xbox 360.

The bundle also comes in a cool packaging that will definitely be a must in any "Fallout" aficionado. The whole collector's item is packed in a Fat Man mini-nuke that adds to the "Fallout" experience offline.

"Fallout Anthology" will arrive on September 29 before the release of the highly anticipated "Fallout 4." The timeframe gives players the option to enjoy the previous iterations and prepare themselves for the latest title in the series when it comes out on November 10.

The September release date is good for the United States and Canada. Bethesda has yet to announce the date for release in other regions.

Players can cop the bundle through Amazon, GameStop, Target, Best Buy and Walmart in the U.S. while those in Canada can check it through EBGames.
