The 2015 Teletón, an annual charity event held by Don Francisco, will feature a variety of music superstars and appearances from television's most popular figures.

According to Univision, the event, which will be broadcast live from the ACE Theatre in Los Angeles, will feature a variety of special performances and appearances. During the 30-hour telecast, viewers can call to make donations and use the hashtag #MomentToAct to get involved.

Teletón USA is a foundation that is dedicated to raising funds and awareness for children with disabilities and working to help them reach their full potential.

Performers will include reggaeton stars Wisin, who will kick things off, J Balvin and Farruko; singers Ricky Martin, Becky G, Diana Reyes, Alejandro Sanz, Yuri, Leslie Grace, Natalia Jimenez, Laura Pausini, and Luis Fonsi; groups Reik and Chino y Nacho; regional Mexican stars Luis Coronel, Chiquis Rivera, Regulo Caro, Gerardo Ortiz and more.

Also scheduled to make special appearances are Thalía, Juan Luis Guerra, and Prince Royce.

A variety of Univision television stars will be helping Don Francisco host the event. Set to take part in the charity event are "El Gordo y la Flaca's" Lili Estefan and Raúl de Molina; "Despierta América's" Alan Tacher, Johnny Lozada, Ana Patricia Gámez and Karla Martinez; "La Banda's" Alejandra Espinoza; journalists Bárbara Bermudo and Maria Elena Salinas; and television hosts Giselle Blondet, Chiquinquirá Delgado, Jackie Bracamontes and Galilea Montijo.

"Nuestra Belleza Latina" 2015 winner Francisca Lachapel and actors Julian Gil, Arath de la Torre, William Valdes, and Gabriel Soto will also be making appearances.

Don Franciso, who has hosted a variety of charity-oriented events though out his career, expressed his gratitude in an official statement.

"I am extremely happy to know that well-respected artists have responded positively to TeletonUSA's invitation to participate in the 2015 event," he said.

The 2014 Teletón raised just over $15.5 million, making that the goal to surpass this year. Teletón USA will be broadcast live on Dec. 4 from 9 p.m. ET until 3 a.m. on Dec. 5 on Univision.
